Referee Howard Webb Scores Brilliant Penalty Kick

This type of penalty kick is named a “Panenka” because it is named after Antonin Panenka who scored the game-winning penalty in the 1976 European Championship penalty shootout between Czechoslovakia and West Germany. I just learned that fact today after a quick Google search. I also just learned that Howard Webb is not as bad at soccer as he is at refereeing games. Looks like I learned two things today.
